Need help working through a tattoo idea—or covering an old one? This service is perfect for clients looking to refine concepts, explore cover-up possibilities, or plan out cohesive, large-scale work.

Note: This is not a booking consultation for getting tattooed by me. It’s a creative guidance session rooted in my artistic approach and professional experience. This doesn’t mean I won’t take on the project, it’s just not a guarantee!

You’ll receive honest, personalized feedback, and I’ll sketch directly over your photos to help visualize direction, flow, and placement.

We can cover a range of topics, including (but not limited to):

• Cover-up strategies: how to work with or around an existing tattoo

• Creating a cohesive collection—even if you already have multiple styles

• Planning for contrast, negative space, and movement across the body

• Improving tattoo readability & longevity (impact from afar and up close)

• Artist recommendations based on your location and preferred style

• On-photo sketching to explore layout and design ideas

Before the consultation:

You’ll be asked to send clear photos of the area you want to work on, along with any reference images or sketches that help explain your vision.
Note: I can only offer guidance in styles I work in. I’m not the best fit for traditional, fine line, and other styles outside my scope.

This is a virtual-only service.

Option 1 | $100 – Virtual Consultation
A 45-minute virtual session that includes a live discussion and, if needed, rough mock-up sketches made during the call.

Option 2 | $150 – Consultation + Follow-Up Sketches
Includes everything in Option 1, plus a small batch of clean, conceptual sketches emailed afterward. These sketches aren’t final tattoo designs, but rather visual guides to help you move forward or communicate with me or another artist. If you’re looking for more full, polished designs, be sure to check out my commission offerings.
